Where Katy met Jeff..

 Jeff and Katy are the perfect match with skills in both property and relationship building

Jeff has had over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, both in the residential and commercial fields selling, leasing, property management and general/compliance management. He has published a book called the ‘The Sophisticated Property Investor’ and created an on-line course for those who wish to learn how to become commercial property investors. He is currently an Agent licensee and the compliance officer for a real estate office. After seeing so many residential mortgage applications turned down due to their salary not being high enough or deposit being on the short side, he wondered what would become of the people who fall by the side where the rich and poor divide even further.

Enter Katy..

Katy has a background in relationship building, problem solving and goal creation skills. She has built and owned both private and rental properties, always with a goal of achieving her property and life goals. With her undeniable passion for property, goal setting and achievement she brings a strong skill set plus a lot of passion in helping others achieve their own property goals. 

Katy helps people recreate their lives using their values and goals as cornerstones. Her own values are strongly based on fairness and achievement and she takes great pleasure in seeing people create the lives they want through property.
