Problem 1:

I want independence, to own a property by myself or with my partner. I don’t want to invest with a stranger however I don’t have enough deposit. In addition to this, the banks require me or us to have a substantial salary to service the mortgage. How can I get around this?

Our goal is your goal. We intend to get you the independence that you crave and have a process to get you there. Part of this process will be working with someone else however it is under a controlled environment for a specific period of time. The plan is to provide a hand up to get you on the property ladder, follow the process and then to provide the exclusive independence you crave.

Problem 2:

I have my own property but I would love to get an investment property, something for my retirement of for my kids. I have equity in my property but the bank won’t lend me anymore, I think that they think I’m getting to old but I intend to earn for many years yet. How can I make this happen?

Solution:

Fear not, your retirement will be secured and/or your kids will have that retirement property. If you have equity in your property but may be lacking that healthy salary and…continuity of that salary, then our job will be to match you up with someone with less years on the clock and a good salary but almost no equity. Remember this is only a temporary fix, our collective plan is to get the ownership of the investment property under your name only or your kids name.
